We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89 within the continental United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time. International shipping will be available soon.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency. You can adjust your delivery schedule or pause your subscription at any time by contacting support@thecocoonbaby.com.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love Cocoon diapers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Products must be unopened and in original packaging
Opened boxes may be eligible for exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecocoonbaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thecocoonbaby.com. We will send a replacement at no charge.
